Hypnotherapy is a natural and effective tool to enable the unconscious mind to create new alternative behaviors, feelings and reactions. Most people function with approx. 95% unconscious mind and only 5% conscious mind. Old habits can be difficult to change.
Hypnotherapy uses suggestions to help with a problem. By giving suggestions to the unconscious mind whilst the person is in a more relaxed state (trance) than usual a transformation can occur.
In the trance, the unconscious mind is more receptive to suggestion and can, with the therapist's guidance, find alternatives to the old behavior or feeling.
